Michelle and Patch Etsy Shop!
Michelle and Patch isn’t a new to me Etsy Planner sticker shop, The Etsy shop is owned by a lady called Michelle and supplies an array of functional, colourful hand drawn and painted stickers, weekly planner pads and pins for many different planners and stationary addicts. This Etsy shop is based in the United Kingdom and opened in 2012.
Paid or free?
My review today is of a recent order I’ve placed with Michelle and Patch this month, like I said previously this isn’t a new shop to me I have purchased from Michelle in the past with this review I’ve paid for this order myself and recieved nothing in return for this review.
My Order
What drew me to the shop for this particular order was an Instagram story from a friend of mine whom also owns a shop on etsy – Sarah from Filofabulous, Those who follow me on instagram know I’m a very sticker heavy kinda planner girl and I love to journal! So when I saw Sarah showing off her latest order I was instantly drawn to the 90’s Nostalgia Stickers, I’m an 80’s baby and grew up in the 90’s so I was like omg I really need these! So off I went to Michelle’s shop.
Now also anyone who knows me knows I just can’t buy one thing! um NO it’s not in my nature at all!. As i’ve delved head first into the world of Passion Planner Daily memory keeping I found that what may have put me off before in Michelle’s shop actually now really fits my planning style. What I mean by that is previous orders I’d placed were very much for my back then Erin Condren planner and these stickers were too big for those boxes for everyday planning, so naturally now I have more space they’re perfect!
What did I order I hear you ask?
Before I crack on with the order can we just stop a moment to look at this beautiful packaging and handwritten thank you! So cute!
What’s Inside…
So this was my order! Told you I couldn’t just order one thing! Haha. I actually picked up two normal priced sheets and because i’d not ordered for a long time one of her oops packs (These are a great way to stock up on stickers at a great price when they have some relativily minor errors. Let’s take a deeper look into my oops pack.
So quite a few sticker shop owners offer these packs when there are minor flaws (I’ve also had some pretty terrible packs before but that’s another story). Michelle’s Oops sticker pack was priced at £5 for 5 sheets which is pretty good considering her paper choice and everything is hand drawn and painted by her so I think that’s a pretty good price, now with these pack’s Michelle lists that there is nothing wrong with the kiss cut on the stickers she just mentions that the print quality wasn’t as high as she’d of liked whilst figuring out a new printer.
I should mention if you don’t know Oops sticker packs are totally blind so you never know what designs your going to end up with, that’s kind a suprise I like from “some” shops. I’m pretty happy with my Oops pack, although It’ll probably take me a bajillion years to use the nail varnishs (I’m NHS so I can’t wear it). I’ll use everything else and to be honest the print quality isn’t that bad a little grainy here and there but I probably wouldn’t of noticed.
The two main sheets that I purchased at full price of £1.80 per sheet were on the right Halloween and on the left 90’s Nostalgia. The Halloween ones I actually thought that they’re pretty generic so not necessarily having to use them for halloween and anytime of the year plus I love the witch vibes!. The 90’s Nostalgia designs I love but I don’t love the paper unfortunately, I really hope that Michelle brings them out on the normal paper for me the print wasn’t as great and I kinda was a little meh about them once I recieved as I was looking forward to them, don’t get me wrong I knew they were on clear sticker paper when ordering I just didn’t like the end result but they are cute stickers so please do them on the normal paper too!!!
As well as my order I recieved the following free inside, an a5 pretty journalling postcard/card, a buisness card and the most adorable Tarot card in sticker form both in normal vinyl matt and clear sticker paper in a cute matching holder, this is beautiful!

My Personal Score
Each Shop Product I now review comes with a possible score of 100. This is determined on ten factors as below, you can find out HERE what the overall score means in my world.
Paper Quality (7 / 10)
My order was 95% on the stores matt vinyl sticker paper. Not the unicorn paper, and 5% on clear sticker paper.
This matt vinyl paper is a nice smooth, thin, white matt, soft to touch and easy to peel though you do need to take care if you’ve had them awhile as they can tear. I was also impressed that it isn’t bulky like some sticker paper can be which is great for my planner, especially as I decorate daily. I do love this paper, however the clear sticker paper I really didn’t like, to me it didnt give the justice of the beautiful artwork this shop has to an end product, I will use them as i’ve purchased but I really hope the shop will give the option of having the designs or either paper choices. It’s a personal taste thing I guess as I do genuinely love the designs.
Vibrancy of Colours / Print (7 / 10)
The stickers that I have received within my order are really bright and vibrant colours, I’m not going to rate this on the oops pack as that would be unfair as it was clear when I purchased there was a issue with the print quality so this is based on the two sheets i purchased, again we’re going back to the paper quality with the print quality, again nothing wrong with the vinyl but I didn’t fully like the clear.
Uniqueness of Clipart (10 / 10)
Michelle draws and paints all of her own art work which is something I really admire and love there for it’s 100% unique and won’t find anywhere else.
Cost of order (10 / 10) My order total was £8.60 excluding postage which is very reasonable, I personally would pay a little more for her stickers.
Processing and Shipping Times (10 / 10)
Michelle and Patch aims to process all orders within 3-5 working days, this means cutting and packing all the wonderful stickers and then actually posting your order out to you. Obviously different things factor the length it takes to process orders so please always check Etsy for her latest shipping processing times.
I placed my order on the of 5th January 2021, it was dispatched on the 7th January 2021, (so 2 days processing total) and then I received it on the of 8th January 2021. Total number of days from ordering till my order was in my hands was 3 days, which I have to say in these times with Covid-19 I was gobsmacked it got to me that quickly!
Cut Lines (10 / 10)
I cannot fault the cut lines in any of the sheets that I received, they are 100% perfect.
Price of Postage and Packaging (8 / 10)
My order charge for postage was £2. Packaging was a hardboard enverlope.
Normal charges are £2 Postage to the UK no matter how much you purchase (I think).
Presentation (10 / 10)
All my stickers were sealed inside the envelope with a vellum pouch tied with a ribbon and all the sticker sheets were neatly together too.
Freebies/Rewards (8 / 10)
As far as I know they don’t have a reward system, as explained and shown above I reieved a hand painted tarot card in bot normal vinyl matt and clear matt absolutely free I absolutley love this I hope it’s something that she’ll keep doing each month a different one (I’m sure I read that somewhere???).
Seller/Shop Communication (10 / 10)
I didn’t have to message or communicate with the shop in anyway. That said her shop policys are informative and all basic questions anserwed there.
Overall – 90/100. (See here for breakdown of my score chart)
Over all I’m thrilled with my Michelle and Patch order and will certainly be continuing to use this shop for future purchases.
Thanks for stopping by today! I’d love to know what you think? Have you ordered from them before?
*Please note – all the opinions given are my own although I receive products free of charge sometimes, this does not alter my reviews. They are 100% truthful.
I just stumbled on this review of my shop, Thank you so much for so much positive feedback, thank you especially for the feedback on the clear sticker paper! I really appreciate it! I will get working on making the stickers available in the vinyl sticker paper too!
