My Unicorn Planner Etsy Shop!

My Unicorn Planner was one of the very first Etsy paperclip shops I ever shopped with. I’ve been a fan of the shop ever since! The Etsy shop is owned by a lovely lady Lindsey and supplies an array of planner clips, bands and accessories for any style planner you may have. This Etsy shop is based in the United Kingdom and opened in 2016.

Paid or free?

My review today of my latest My Unicorn Planner planner boss collective haul which I ordered during the PBC sale in September. Meaning I’ve paid full price plus used a special discount for that sale.

The Clips!

I did actually place an order for 7 clips (not including the “today”), however one is for a Christmas present for someone in my family, so I’ve left that out of the photographs!

These are the beautiful clips I ordered and I received the “Today” clip along with my name in a rose gold vinyl free with my order. My Unicorn Planner clips are very very well made, she is out-standing in her work I’ve placed many orders and have never had any quality issues, her fabrics are truly stunning and vibrant. I totally love the squirrel I think he may be my favourite!

Paperclip Quality (10 / 10)
My order s completely without fault, the fabrics are of high quality and the stitch and cut out is fantastic!

Vibrancy of Colours / Print (10 / 10)
The colours are exactly as expected, I truly recommend her white clips (best out there!) and also her holo is amazing!

Uniqueness of Design (6 / 10)
One thing I look for when ordering my planner clips is something different, there are so many shops across Etsy and the Internet that use the same designs in different ways. I like shops that are different, that stand out from the crowd and grab my attention. My score for My Unicorn Planner is high 6, whilst the shop has some familiar designs there are alot of new exclusive designs and different designs arriving I’ve not seen anywhere else before!

Cost of order (10 / 10)

Lindsey’s Clips range from £2.50 to £5.50 (for a pair) which with the quality of the materials I really think is fair! I paid £14.97 for my order including postage (please remember I did use a special discount of 30% which was running at the time). I am thoroughly pleased with the amount I paid and have always been happy with the cost!

Processing and Shipping Times (6 / 10)
My Unicorn Planner aims to process all orders within 7-14 working days, this means cutting and stitching and packing all the wonderful clips and then actually posting your order out to you. Obviously different things factor the length it takes to process orders so please always check Etsy for her latest shipping processing times.

I placed my order on the of 24th September 2018, it was dispatched on the 18th October 2018 (so 25 days processing total) and then I received it on the of 19th October 2018. Total number of days from ordering till my order was in my hands was 26 days, which is very good in my eyes considering it was one of the biggest sales of the year for Planner Boss Collective.

Stitch Lines (10 / 10)
I cannot fault the stitch lines in any of the clips that I received, they are 100% perfect.

Price of Postage and Packaging (10 / 10)
My order was received in a large letter box to protect it from being bent and the clips from being damaged, The cost of postage paid was prepaid click and drop which I paid £1.50 to the UK from the UK, which is more than satisfactory.

Presentation (8 / 10)
All my clips were sealed inside the box in individual clear cello bag which was sealed and some brightly coloured sequins added in, which I think is a nice touch, however I am all about save the planet and my hoover haha!.

Freebies/Rewards (9 / 10)
My Unicorn Planner has offers now and again, this time it was a free clip (which i’d totally forgotten about) and a nice little surprise with my vinyl name.

Seller/Shop Communication (10 / 10)
Lindsey is lovely, any questions or quires you may have feel free to contact her. If you can’t see something in her shop, just ask! Communication is fantastic and everything with my order was on-time and as expected from the moment I placed the order. Her shop about me section is informative and helpful for those who have questions and wanting to know about the shop too.

Over all I’m thrilled with my My Unicorn Planner order and will certainly be continuing to use this shop for future purchases.
